eSIM Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day refund policy under the following condition:

  • Refunds are only available for eSIMs that have not been activated.
    Once an eSIM is activated or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

If your eSIM has not been used or activated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
